Martial Frindéthié has spent more than 14 years in wealth management, across executive leadership, compliance, technology, and firmwide operations.

Before co-founding GenEra Wealth, Martial was Chief Operating Officer of an independent registered investment advisor. He led its transition from a broker-dealer affiliation to an independent RIA and built the infrastructure behind consistent service at scale. That taught him what lets a firm serve families for decades: clear standards and disciplined execution.

At GenEra Wealth, Martial is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He runs compliance, firm strategy and the client experience, and built the firm’s education planning program. He is based in New Jersey.

Martial’s philosophy starts with continuity. A strong advisory firm should be built to last, not just to gather assets. He is building one defined by integrated advice and clear communication, grounded in the personal realities behind financial decisions.
